Joint mobility is a concept which is applied to the Russian Kettlebells UK KettleFIT system. This is used to warm up the 600 muscles in your body so that they are taken to their full range of movement.

Unlike most warm ups you see in regular gym workouts ‘joint mobility’ will not only help you warm up, it will wake up the entire nervous system and help you become more flexible and stronger which is what is required when training with Kettlebells or any piece of equipment, whether its swiss ball training, boxing or even bodyweight training.
