This workbook has been requested by many keen kettlebellers.  ’KettleFIT in Motion’ represents just one of the many kettlebell drills Jamie Lloyd has perfected in his mission to make the old scool tool the number one choice for all round fitness in the UK’s Fitness Industry.

KettleFIT in Motion is a 3 month training program, which reveals to you how to get fit, get strong, get flexible and shift that unwanted stubborn fat!  It is broken down month by month with 4 training days per week.  We encourage you to do other forms of training to help you get the most of this this workout. You may not want to follow this program for 3 months. But we do insist that you do take time off from it so that you don’t get into a training rut and plateau.

KettleFIT In Motion is aimed at all levels of fitness and wil help you supercharge your all round fitness and is a comination of high energy and strength routines which are all based on Russian Kettlebells UK KettleFIT System. This book is meant to help you during your workout and you can log your goals, track your progress and successes throughout the program.
